Return & Refund Policy

We provide after-sale customer service for all of our products. If you have any inquiries or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We accept returns provided that the item fulfills the stipulations of our policy. Our goal is to enhance your shopping experience and ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.

Refund Process:

  • For returns, please forward an email to service@funcidtoy.com inclusive of your return tracking number. We will promptly assist you to expedite your return process.
  • It is imperative that the product fulfills our return conditions. Please note that in case of a refund necessitated by personal reasons, shipping cost will be borne by you.

30-Day Return Policy:

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 working days from the date of receipt. Purchases made from funcidtoy.com are eligible for return, subject to the following conditions. Please be advised that if the return is due to reasons personal to the customer, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

1. Funcid's Responsibility

  • Eligible for return:
  1. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are required to contact our customer service team via email at service@funcidtoy.com within 7 working days after receipt.
  2. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price or resend a replacement for free at our expense. This solution is only applicable when Funcidtoy.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item. You don't need to pay.
  • Return shipping costs: Free
  • Returns processing: Full refund/free exchange. You do not need to pay extra.

2. Customer's Responsibility

  • Eligible for return:
  1. Contact customer service within 30 working days of receipt for refund approval.
  2. Product must be unused, with original tags.
  3. Ensure returned goods are in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs: Customer pays.
  • Returns processing: Full refund of order amount. You do not need to pay extra.

3. Ineligible for Return:

  • In general, product replacements are not permitted once the items have been received.
  • If your request for a refund exceeds the timeframe specified in our return policy - i.e., products signed for more than 30 business days ago.
  • Products used more than 60 times are not eligible for return.
  • Any parcel showing obvious signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted for return.
  • If your product was not purchased via our official website, but through other channels, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your return. In this case, please contact the retailer for after-sales service. Please refrain from returning the items directly back to the manufacturer.
  • Please note that customized items and special orders are exempt from our returns policy.

4. Additional Notes about Return & Refund

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact our customer service team within 7 working days after you signed for the item.

  • We do not provide return labels for products refunded due to customer reasons. The shipping costs for the returned items will be your responsibility.

  • Once you have shipped the item back to us, please provide us with the logistics tracking code. We will process your refund after our warehouse ithas received and signed for the item.

  • Please note we assume no responsibility for any parcel lost or stolen during shipping.

  • The timeframe for accepting returns is within 30 working days after you signed for the item.

  • The postal address for returns will be emailed to you.

  • We don't charge a service fee for refunds.

  • For items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described, please send a clear picture or video showing the problem with the item to our customer service email address: service@funcidtoy.com

Refund Time:

  • Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3 working days.
  • Once we receive the product, a thorough inspection will take place to determine its condition. Upon approval, a confirmation email for the refund will be sent to you. Subsequently, your bank will handle the final stages of the refund process.
  • If you have not received your refund a considerable amount of time after receiving the confirmation email, we advise you to contact your bank.

Warranty Service:

Each of our products comes with a 1-year warranty. During this period, if the product presents any quality issues, we will provide warranty service. This includes the coverage of costs for all parts and shipping for repairs, fully borne by us.

All the toy cars we sell are brand new, directly produced in the factory. Every single part used is original, ensuring the highest quality.

We understand how important it is to resolve your product issue promptly. In order to help our technicians assist you more effectively, we kindly request you to compose an email to our customer service team at service@funcidtoy.com. This email should contain:

  • Your order number (Please remember that our order numbers always begin with "FUN-").
  • The model number of your toy car.
  • A comprehensive description of the issue you are facing.

Additionally, including a clear picture or video that describes the problem with the item would be particularly useful in helping us diagnose the issue. These steps will allow us to provide the assistance you need as swiftly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Order Cancellation:

Before order shipment: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team before the product is shipped, we promise to process your cancellation request within 24 hours on business days and process a refund for you.

After the order has been shipped: no cancellations, changes or refunds can be made. If the order has been shipped and you still want to cancel, you can choose to reject the product, but the shipping costs incurred will be borne by you. After the product is returned to the warehouse, we will process the refund for you within 3 working days, following the refund process.
